Michelle Gray is an energetic former Naval officer with over 12 years of experience in supply chain management. They served as a Senior Manager in Strategic Sourcing and Procurement at Advanced Sterilization Products from 2013 to 2019, where they led sourcing teams, negotiated contracts, and implemented cost-saving measures. Currently, they are the President of ISM OC and a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager at Masimo. Michelle holds a B.S. from the United States Naval Academy and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland.
