Nick Patel

Nick Patel, CPP, currently serves as the Director of Payroll at Masimo, managing the day-to-day operations of the Payroll department for the U.S. with a focus on a $420 million annual payroll for 1,400 employees. Previously, Nick served as the Sr. Manager of Payroll, overseeing all aspects of bi-weekly payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now and Workday. With extensive experience in payroll management, Nick worked at Lennar as the Payroll, Equity Plan and HRIS Manager, directing payroll processes for $450 million in annual payrolls for 3,400 employees across multiple states. Early career experience includes positions as Senior Accountant at NCR Corporation and Payroll Administrator at FHP Health Care, focusing on payroll transactions and multi-state payroll activities. Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University, Fullerton, and is a Certified Payroll Professional through the American Payroll Association.
