Nikolay Nemchuk

Nikolay Nemchuk is a highly experienced device scientist currently employed at Masimo since December 2016. Previous roles include staff engineer at Qualcomm, where responsibilities included testing and characterizing MEMS displays, and consulting test development engineer at Luminus Devices focused on LED test and measurement. Nikolay has also served as a senior scientist at Prysm, Inc. developing phosphor laser displays, and worked as a scientist at Luminus Devices on LED design and product development. Earlier experience includes research scientist positions at Aegis Semiconductor and Aegis Lightwave, as well as a research associate role at Cornell University. Nikolay holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the Ioffe Institute of the Russian Academy of Science and an MS in Physics of Semiconductors from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University.
