Prashanth Chandran

Prashanth Chandran has extensive experience in the engineering field. Prashanth started their career as a Graduate Student Researcher at the Information Technology and Telecommunication Center, University of Kansas in 2005. Prashanth then worked as a Network Engineer at Sprint Nextel from 2007 to 2009, where they were involved in switch planning and network design. Prashanth then joined Ericsson Services Inc. in 2009 as a Network Engineer, specializing in MPLS network design.

In 2010, Prashanth began their tenure at Masimo, where they held various roles over the years. Prashanth started as an Algorithm Engineer and gradually progressed to Senior Algorithm Engineer, Manager, Engineering, Senior Manager, Engineering, and Director of Engineering, Algorithm. Most recently, they served as the Senior Director of Engineering, leading and managing the engineering team at Masimo. Prashanth's work at Masimo involves developing and improving algorithms for medical devices.

Prashanth Chandran completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics & Communication at Anna University from 2001 to 2005. Prashanth then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering at The University of Kansas from 2005 to 2007.
