Robert Hanson is a seasoned operations and technical support leader with a strong background in managing teams and developing customer-focused service models. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Technical Services and Field Support at Masimo since July 2021, Robert has previously held key positions, including Field Service Manager at Invetech Pty Ltd, where a cost-conscious and data-driven support model was created for regenerative cell therapy instrumentation. As Director of Field Service at Sonendo®, Inc., Robert led teams during a period of hyper-growth, achieving high customer satisfaction and adherence to financial and compliance goals. Earlier experience includes serving as Sr. Manager of Manufacturing Operations at Edwards Lifesciences, overseeing various operational aspects and managing a team of 40+ employees. Robert holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a BSIE in Industrial Engineering from Bradley University.
