Stephen Lee

Stephen Lee currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at Masimo, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Stephen held various senior leadership positions at Haemonetics, including Vice President of Manufacturing Operations and Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Sourcing from November 2018 to September 2025. Stephen's extensive experience in end-to-end supply chain management, sales and operations planning (S&OP), logistics, sourcing, and trade compliance was further developed during a long tenure at Philips, where roles included Vice President of S&OP and Project Management. Stephen began career in commercial operations with a series of progressively responsible roles. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from UCLA.
