Tom Fransson

Tom Fransson is an accomplished regional manager with extensive experience in the medical device industry, currently leading the Masimo International SARL operations in the Nordics since October 2018. Transitioning the business model from indirect to direct sales, Tom has successfully established the Masimo Nordic team that oversees direct sales, aftersales, and clinical support in Sweden, while also managing distribution markets in Norway, Finland, and Iceland. Prior roles at Philips and Laerdal Medical included various management positions focused on sales development and distributor management across Nordics and EMEA, where Tom consistently ensured profitability and growth through strategic support and market development initiatives.
