Turo Kilpi has extensive experience in nursing and healthcare management, beginning with a Bachelor of Nursing degree from Satakunta Polytechnics in 2002. Kilpi's early career included roles as an Anaesthesia/Recovery Nurse at Queen Elizabeth Hospital within the NHS Trust, followed by positions at BMI Healthcare and Alfred Health, where responsibilities included Clinical Nurse Specialist and Associate Nurse Unit Manager in Perianaesthesia/PACU.
