Mark Baumann

Mark Baumann is a seasoned Employee Benefits and Tax Attorney at Maslon LLP, with over 35 years of experience in tax-related legal work, including executive compensation, employee benefits, and tax-exempt organizations. They have designed many retirement plans to maximize tax-deferred benefits for executives and business owners while drafting complex legal documents. Mark previously worked as the Manager of Tax, Risk & Insurance for Fingerhut Corporation and began their career as an actuarial intern at IDBI Fortis Life Insurance Co Ltd. Mark holds an L.L.M. in Business and Tax Law from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
