Jérôme Barthès has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jérôme started their career as an Assistant Achats at Kraft Foods in 2008 and then moved on to work as an Assistant Marketing and Communication at WTA in 2009. In 2010, they joined Decathlon France as a Responsable de Rayon en Formation. After that, they worked as a Porteur de projet at WeCanTrip & Stud'nGo from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, they co-founded MaVilleSports and took on the role of Responsable Partenariat et Communication. In 2015, they co-founded Lono and held the position of Co-Fondateur - COO & Responsable du développement. Jérôme'smost recent work experience is their role as an Associé at Time for the Planet, where they joined in 2022.

Jérôme Barthès has a diverse education history. Jérôme began their educational journey at Idrac, where they obtained a BTS degree in Commerce International from 2007 to 2009. Jérôme then pursued higher education at La Trobe University from 2010 to 2011 and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Management. Jérôme continued their studies at Montpellier Business School, where they obtained a Master 2 degree in Management from 2009 to 2012. In addition, they attended IAE Montpellier from 2011 to 2012, where they pursued a Master 2 degree in Création de Jeune Entreprise Innovante.
