Jonathan Faust

Jonathan Faust is currently the Vice President of Sales at Mason Controls, where they drive sales and marketing activities while managing the Sales Team to achieve defined targets. Previously, they served as the Business Unit Manager at Breeze-Eastern Corporation, overseeing a $50 million aerospace unit and leading initiatives for continuous improvement. Jonathan also held significant roles in the US Army, including Executive Officer and Platoon Leader, where they managed logistics and personnel for over 100 soldiers. Earlier in their career, they were a Production Supervisor at Reading Truck Body and a Warehouse Supervisor at Smiths Tubular Systems, with a focus on team management and process improvement. Jonathan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of New Hampshire and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching at the University of Phoenix.
