Aaron Rayner is the Head of Equities at Mason Stevens, bringing extensive experience in global financial markets with a focus on trading and APAC markets. Since 2020, they have led the equities desk, leveraging a background that includes roles at major firms such as Goldman Sachs and Macquarie Bank, where they honed their expertise in trading, risk management, and corporate actions. Prior to their current position, they worked as a trader at Hawkesbury Capital Management and as a management consultant. Aaron holds a degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Sydney, completing their studies in 2000.
