Patrick Richardson has over 17 years of work experience in the product and editorial space. Patrick started their career in 2003 as a Freelance Writer for Reader's Digest, followed by a Freelance Web Producer role at GQ in 2004. In 2006, they joined Conde Nast Publications as a Senior Project Manager, where they managed large cross-functional teams to deliver interactive editorial, online sales, and consumer marketing projects. In 2010, they moved to Conde Nast Digital as a Product Manager for Gourmet.com, NewYorker.com and GQ.com. Later that year, they joined Hachette Filipacchi Media as a Senior Project Manager and was responsible for launching the ELLE.com redesign. In 2011, they joined Gilt.com as a Senior Manager, Business Systems and a Director of Product Management. Here, they were a subject matter expert on internal procurement-to-payment tools and systems. Patrick also drove product roadmap, requirements, and opportunities for core back office ERP and creative operations systems. In 2016, they joined Casper as a Digital Product Manager and a Director of Product Management. Finally, in 2019, they became the Head of Product for MasonHub, a modern fulfillment platform for beauty, fashion and wellness brands.
