Paul Chevez

Paul Chevez has extensive experience in financial leadership, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at MasonMac since October 2025. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Bay Equity, LLC from January 2012 to October 2025. Paul also served as Director of Corporate Development at Got Appraisals for a brief period in 2011 and held various financial roles, including CFO, Controller, and Retail Loan Officer at CMG Mortgage from April 1996 to May 2010. Earlier career experiences include retail loan officer positions at Mortgage Capital Funding and Executive Mortgage, as well as a staff accountant role at the City of Walnut Creek. Paul's career began in accounting at property management companies. Educational background includes completion of a 12-month Accounting program at Heald College and studies at San Diego State University, alongside a high school diploma from San Ramon High School.
