Rashmi S. has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as the VP of Finance and Accounting at Mason-McDuffie Mortgage since April 2019. Previously, Rashmi held assistant controller positions at both Ethos Lending LLC and Commerce Home Mortgage, where responsibilities included overseeing accounting operations, managing cash flow, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. Rashmi’s roles have encompassed a range of accounting tasks, from maintaining reconciliations and preparing journal entries to assisting with annual audits. Additionally, Rashmi volunteered as an accountant/treasurer for the Fairlands Elementary School PTA, managing financial records and reports. Educationally, Rashmi holds a CPA designation from the California Board of Accountancy, a Bachelor's degree from Las Positas College, and a Master of Commerce from DAVV University.
