Grace Botello

Grace Botello is the Director of Quality at Mass Advantage, where they lead quality improvement programs and foster collaboration across teams to enhance performance and Star ratings. With over 10 years of experience in Quality Improvement and two decades as a Registered Nurse, Grace specializes in auditing, quality improvement, NCQA accreditation, and program oversight. Prior to Mass Advantage, they served as a Quality Improvement Supervisor at Lumeris and a Quality Improvement Coordinator at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina. Grace holds a degree from The University of Texas at Arlington, obtained in 2016.
