William Fuqua

William Fuqua is an experienced professional currently serving as Program Manager at the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative since June 2013, with prior experience as a Program Research Analyst in the same organization, focusing on data collection and analysis for the Annual Index of the Massachusetts Innovation Economy and supervising Research & Analysis interns. William also gained experience as a Research & Analysis Intern at Genesee Region Clean Communities in 2011. William holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, and Public Policy and a Master of Science in Public Policy Analysis, both obtained from the Rochester Institute of Technology between 2007 and 2012.
