Alexandra Risley

Alexandra Risley, SHRM-CP, RACR, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition at Mass General Brigham since June 2017, where previous roles included Lead Talent Acquisition Partner, Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, and Talent Acquisition Partner. Prior to this, Alexandra worked as a Human Resources Generalist and Talent Acquisition Associate at Mass General Brigham Health Plan from April 2016 to June 2017. Earlier experience includes serving as Employment Coordinator at Tufts University from November 2013 to October 2015. Alexandra holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Classics from the College of the Holy Cross.
