Blake Shultz

Blake Shultz, MD, JD, is currently a Health Policy Fellow at MassHealth and an Associate Research Scholar at The Solomon Center for Health Law and Policy. With extensive experience in health policy and law, Blake has worked as a Resident Physician in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Mass General Brigham since June 2022. Previous roles include Health Policy Fellow for Maura Healey's gubernatorial campaign and Law Student Intern at the Yale Veterans Legal Services Clinic, where responsibilities included leading mediation conferences and drafting legal briefs. Blake holds a Doctor of Law from Yale Law School and a Doctor of Medicine from Yale School of Medicine, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Biology with a Business Minor from Cornell University.
