Brian Bates, MBA, has extensive experience in project management and improvement initiatives within healthcare settings. At Massachusetts General Hospital, Brian served as a Senior Project Consultant, providing support for quality and safety initiatives and collaborating with clinical and administrative leadership. Prior roles include Project Consultant at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, where Brian assisted executive leadership on high-risk projects, and Accounting Support at Seven Hills Foundation, contributing to the accounting department of a prominent human service agency. Currently, Brian is engaged with Mass General Brigham as a Performance Evaluation Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager, focusing on quality governance and organizational performance improvement initiatives.
