Catherine Flaherty

Catherine Flaherty is an experienced HRIS professional with a robust background in human resources information systems and legal expertise. Currently serving as a Senior HRIS Analyst at Mass General Brigham since January 2020, Catherine leads technical aspects of a multi-year Workday implementation project, focusing on Time and Absence Module functionalities. Prior to this role, Catherine worked as a Systems Analyst II at Partners HealthCare, where responsibilities included testing enhancements for HCM systems and the configuration of benefits programs. Catherine’s career also includes legal experience as an Associate Attorney at Barach Law Group and various HR roles at Partners HealthCare, where significant contributions to leave of absence administration and employee benefits processes were made. Catherine holds a Juris Doctor degree from New England Law | Boston and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature with an Italian minor from Boston College.
