Chip Konowitz

Chip Konowitz, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Physician Recruiter at Mass General Brigham since July 2024. Previously, Chip held the position of Senior Provider Recruiter at Cooley Dickinson Hospital from July 2021 to July 2024 and also worked as a Practice Administrator there. Chip's extensive healthcare experience includes a role as Practice Manager III for the Neurosciences and Rehabilitation Service Line at Baystate Health, where oversight included 66 providers and significant improvements in access to care. Additional roles include managing a complex medical practice at Boston Medical Center and earlier positions in healthcare management and the hospitality industry. Academically, Chip holds an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources Management from Western New England University and a BA in Mass Communication from Tulane University.
