Daniel Keith has extensive experience in digital solutions and healthcare applications. Currently serving as a Senior Project Specialist at Mass General Brigham since January 2006, Daniel successfully managed the implementation of a digital service desk support chatbot for over 80,000 users, overseeing the AI vendor relationship. Previous roles include Program Manager for EpicCare Ambulatory, where Daniel directed a team and strengthened relationships with hospital leaders, and various positions related to EpicCare and information systems. Daniel's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Salve Regina University and a forthcoming Certificate in Artificial Intelligence from MIT Sloan School of Management.
