Franklin Small

Franklin Small, PharmD, MBA, is the Executive Director of Pharmacy at Mass General Brigham, a position they have held since 2025. With extensive experience in various pharmaceutical roles, they served as the Director of Inpatient Pharmacy Services at Cambridge Health Alliance between 2018 and 2022 and held multiple positions at prominent companies including Brigham and Women's Hospital, sanofi-aventis, and The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. Franklin completed their MBA at Suffolk University and earned their PharmD from the University of Rhode Island. They also have a notable military background, having served as a Major in the United States Army Reserve from 2013 to 2021.
