Ginger Madden

Ginger Madden is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in compensation and total rewards management. Currently serving as Vice President of Compensation at Mass General Brigham since June 2021, Ginger previously held several leadership positions at TriHealth from September 1995 to June 2021, including Vice President of Total Rewards/HR and Senior Director of Total Rewards. Earlier career roles include Compensation Manager at Good Samaritan Hospital and Compensation & Benefits Design Manager at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Ginger earned a Master's degree in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University.
