Jay Phillips

Jay Phillips has extensive experience in real estate and facilities management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Real Estate & Facilities at Mass General Brigham since June 2015, after holding the position of Director of Workplace Services. Prior to this role, Jay was the Associate Vice President for Facilities and Campus Services at Emerson College from April 2012 to June 2015. Jay's career began at Harvard University, where a long tenure from March 1990 to April 2012 included titles such as Senior Director of Operations, Director of Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure, and Director of Infrastructure & Operations, as well as serving as a Student Advisor. Jay's educational background includes a CSS in Real Estate Development from Suffolk University, completed in 2016, and participation in the Society for Information Management Regional Leadership Forum at Babson College in 2001.
