Jocelyn Mongillo

Jocelyn Mongillo currently serves as the Assistant Director of Leadership Giving for Academic Medical Centers at Mass General Brigham, where they focus on driving future social impact and development through consistency and potential. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Massachusetts General Hospital, where they contributed to significant fundraising efforts and improved communications within the Psychiatry Major Gifts team. Jocelyn's previous experience includes event planning and development roles at Home Base, Harvard Medical School, and contributions to sustainable practices during an internship with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Services with a focus on Sustainable Business Practices and Urban Studies from Northeastern University.
