Katy Githens is currently the Associate Director of Donor Relations for Academic Medical Centers at Mass General Brigham, a position held since 2025. With a strong passion for community change, Katy has successfully raised over $14 million through various fundraising efforts, engaging foundations, corporations, and government entities. Previously, Katy worked as a Development Communications Writer for Main Line Health and served as a Non-profit Consultant since 2018. Earlier in their career, Katy held positions at SGA Youth & Family Services and Year Up, focusing on grants and institutional giving. Katy earned an AB in English Literature and Language from The University of Chicago in 2010.
