James Dolan

James is the current business development leader for IBM’s cognitive enterprise solutions in logistics, retail and consumer products for North America. His leadership spans planning, process transformation and workforce engagement. Also, with IBM, he led digital operations for the global center of competencies focusing on driving technology solutions for market enterprise. Mr. Dolan holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania as well as a BSE in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science at Duke University and IBM Advance Operations Strategy at Harvard Business School. James is a member of the Board of Directors.
