QI PAN

QI PAN has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2006, QI PAN worked as a Master Data Specialist at Customs Bonded Logistics Center, where they gained experience in data entry, statistics, bookkeeping, and project coordination. They also collaborated with various teams to ensure product availability and prompt delivery.

In 2016, QI PAN became a Sales Manager at Papa Produce, where they successfully managed a team of 10 employees, developed annual sales plans and budgets, and maintained relationships with current and potential customers.

In 2018, QI PAN joined LULUTRIP as a Customer Service Representative, providing support to the Sales team, offering travel advice to customers, and promoting travel products in line with the company's strategies. They later transitioned to Sanmina, where they held the position of Order Processing Support, handling orders and maintaining customer files, and eventually became a Program Manager. As a Program Manager, QI PAN managed and developed project plans, negotiated contract terms with customers, and maintained customer relationships.

Recently, in 2021, QI PAN joined MASS Precision, Inc. as a Program Manager - Key Account, although the duration of this role is ongoing.

QI PAN completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Administration and Management Science from Southeast University from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree from Changzhou Institute of Technology between 2002 and 2006, with a double major in International Business and English. In addition to their formal education, QI PAN has also pursued various certifications, including "Speaking Confidently and Effectively" from LinkedIn in October 2021, "Preparing for Successful Communication" from LinkedIn in November 2018, "Excel: PivotTables for Beginners" from LinkedIn in October 2018, and "Learning Excel 2016" from LinkedIn in September 2018.
