Program Manager - Key Account at MASS Precision, Inc.

QI PAN has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2006, QI PAN worked as a Master Data Specialist at Customs Bonded Logistics Center, where they gained experience in data entry, statistics, bookkeeping, and project coordination. They also collaborated with various teams to ensure product availability and prompt delivery.

In 2016, QI PAN became a Sales Manager at Papa Produce, where they successfully managed a team of 10 employees, developed annual sales plans and budgets, and maintained relationships with current and potential customers.

In 2018, QI PAN joined LULUTRIP as a Customer Service Representative, providing support to the Sales team, offering travel advice to customers, and promoting travel products in line with the company's strategies. QI PAN completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Administration and Management Science from Southeast University from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree from Changzhou Institute of Technology between 2002 and 2006, with a double major in International Business and English.
