Casey Ross

Casey Ross is an experienced Instructional Design Architect currently working at Mass Virtual since March 2024. Prior to this role, Ross served as a Senior Instructional Experience Architect at Skyhigh Security from January 2022 to January 2024, where responsibilities included the design and administration of customer-facing training courses in both e-learning and in-person formats. Ross has extensive experience in instructional design and development, having worked at McAfee as a Senior Technical Instructional Developer from November 2010 to January 2022, and at AT&T as an Instructional Developer from September 2008 to November 2010. Earlier, Ross gained foundational skills at the USAF, taking on multiple roles that included Flash Developer and Performance Analyst. Education includes a B.S. in Game and Simulation Programming from DeVry University and an A.A. in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing from Collin College. Primary skills encompass LMS administration, training storyboard products, HTML/CSS programming, project management, and various video training techniques.
