MASS provides an end-to-end solution to help industries like automotive, industrial automation, and logistics create intelligent technologies that are available everywhere, all the time.

With the MASS platform, we provide a unique solution to help our customers face the challenges in diagnostics, connectivity, automation, knowledge transfer, and security.

By bridging the gaps between connectivity, automation, and knowledge management, our platform enables our clients to create intelligent technologies, simply by managing their knowledge on diagnostics, control, and the communication specifics of their appliances. Knowledge which they manage already, do not want to share and, with the MASS platform, do not have to share. Based on that knowledge, our platform automatically generates our customers' tools, for remote diagnostics and control, and infrastructure for connectivity and automation.

Furthermore, these tools and infrastructure can be tuned to end consumers' needs, without development, and their functionality can be managed centrally. As such, they can offer tools as a service rather than a product. So, our customers get mobile diagnostics and control from the start. They only need to select how to connect to their appliances: using mobile devices (like notebooks and smartphones), dedicated devices, or their own connectivity hardware.

Via our AITechs, the MASS platform helps determine time-consuming tasks, like the actions and interpretations of technicians. It helps to automate them, avoiding human intervention wherever possible.

We aim to support our customers in the following fields:
* Reporting Services
* Condition Monitoring
* Maintenance Forecasting
* Automated Diagnostics & Control
* Self-Learning Services
* Fault Prevention & Prediction
* Guided Repairs
