Mona McCarthy

Mona is the Senior Director of Data & Technology for MassBio. Mona provides guidance on how to maximize current and prospective relationships through the use of the CRM, clean-up and streamline data and build long term strategic plan for CRM usage across all internal stakeholders.

Prior to joining MassBio in 2017, Mona was the Senior Membership Operations Specialist at the MSCPA where she specialized in increasing membership, member engagement, process improvement and dues and program revenue.

Mona has been the Chair of the Membership Committee and served on the Board of Directors at the New England Society of Association Executives. She has also served on the Membership Development Committee at the American Society of Association Executives.

Mona graduated the Institute for Organization Management in 2004 and became a Certified Association Executive (CAE) in 2009. She currently resides in Melrose with her husband, dog Bear and cat Ella.
