Aditya Sreekumar

Aditya Sreekumar is a highly experienced technology professional currently serving as a Senior Manager at Symbotic, leading the minibot software team since April 2025. With a strong background in software engineering management, Aditya has held various leadership roles, including Software Engineering Manager II at Cruise, where the focus was on sensor data pipelines and embedded systems. Previously, Aditya served as Principal Engineer Team Lead at Motional, overseeing two embedded platform teams and managing a diverse team of 18 engineers. Aditya also gained significant experience as a Senior Software Engineer at nuTonomy, contributing to safety certifiable middleware for self-driving platforms, and at Lutron Electronics, where advanced software applications were developed for a commercial network gateway device. Aditya holds a Master's degree in Robotics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
