Chris Bauer

Chris Bauer serves as the Director of Community at MassChallenge since August 2023, leading initiatives that foster engagement within a network of experts, alumni, partners, and investors to support impact-driven startups. Previously, Chris held the role of Director of Justice and Peace at St. John's Prep from September 2015 to August 2023, where Chris was instrumental in developing programs focused on social justice and student wellness. Earlier experiences include coordinating volunteer programs at Boston College and advocating for clients with economic rights at the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley. Chris holds a Master's Degree in Theology/Theological Studies and a Certificate in Human Rights and International Justice from Boston College, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Religious Studies from Loyola University New Orleans.
