Stephen T. Carter

Stephen T. Carter is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in project management and startup acceleration. As Co-Founder and COO of TRAXyL, Inc. since August 2015, Stephen is pioneering digital solutions for urban infrastructure through the innovative product FiberTRAX. In addition, Stephen has contributed to various prestigious organizations, including serving as a Top Finalist at MassChallenge, an Urbantech Fellow at Dreamit Ventures, and a Fellow at Halcyon Incubator. Previous roles encompass senior project management at MAAMECH and Johnson Controls, where successful project execution maintained budget and timelines. Stephen began a career in marketing with positions at Venture Marketing and Cumulus Media, following a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Radford University.
