Thomas Moore, PhD, is an experienced leader in the life sciences sector, currently serving as General Manager at PTL Solutions Inc. since June 2020. In addition to this role, Thomas is a Mentor at UMassM2D2 and the Health Innovation Hub at the University of Toronto, as well as a Judge and Mentor for MassChallenge since March 2021. As Principal Consultant for Quality and Regulatory Affairs at Oriel STAT A MATRIX from December 2022, Thomas provides consulting, training, and audit support for compliance with US FDA and global regulations.
