Prior to launching our own firm, Masse Consulting Services, LLC, Fenson Massé, the president, has worked for several private firms and governmental agencies. He has over 17 years of experience in roadway and drainage designs. His firm is pre-qualified with FDOT categories group 7.1 and 3.1, Palm Beach County group 3.01 and 3.02, and City of West Palm Beach work category 102, 105, 119, and 124. The firm is certified as an MBE, SBE, and DBE with the State of Florida, FDOT, Palm Beach County, and City of West Palm Beach.
