Thaddeus Miles

Thaddeus Miles serves as the Senior Director of Diversity Initiatives at MassHousing since December 1995, where responsibilities include advancing the agency's Racially Just Housing Agenda and fostering a culture of inclusion. Previous roles at MassHousing include Director of Public Safety, focusing on crime prevention strategies across Massachusetts. In addition to current positions, Thaddeus is the founder of Hood Fit and Think Big. Dream Big., initiatives promoting community wellness and youth empowerment, respectively. Further contributions include co-founding the VIP Collaborative and the Neighborhood Networks National Consortium, aimed at enhancing community capacity and sustainability, as well as founding the MassIMPACT technology consortium to leverage digital innovation for societal improvement.
