Michael Massier is the founder and managing director of Massier Consulting. Michael has over 20 years of experience in the consulting industry, specializing in organizational development and change management. Prior to founding their own company, they worked as a freelancer for Proorg Beratung, Orgatech GmbH, and Organisation Management Consulting GmbH. Michael has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with organizational change, and they are passionate about helping companies navigate these challenges in a way that leads to lasting success.

Michael Massier studied Technical Business Administration at the Fachhochschule Südwestfalen. Michael holds a diploma in this field.
