Roberto Panza

Roberto Panza is an accomplished footwear design professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in the fashion industry. Currently serving as Footwear Design Coordinator for the Man Department at Massimo Dutti since February 2023, Roberto has previously held prominent roles including Head Designer for Shoes and Bags at MANGO, Senior Footwear Designer for Zara Man at Inditex, and Head Shoes Designer at Desiree Group and NAVIMA CALZADOS SL. Earlier career highlights include co-founding NoRegularWay and serving as Senior Shoes Designer at Diesel, Guess Europe Sagl, and other renowned brands. Roberto's formal education includes a degree in fashion design from Istituto Italiano di Moda, completed in 2001.
