Massive Change was founded by an unlikely but timely pairing: Dr. Virginia Lacayo, a Nicaraguan complexity scientist and lifelong activist who applies systems thinking directly to both leadership and social change, and Justin Foster, a brand strategist and poet raised on a cattle ranch in eastern Oregon who has spent two decades teaching leaders the heretical idea that branding is soul work. 
Together, we serve CEOs, founders, Executive Directors, and other cause-driven leaders who have made the deliberate and defiant decision to be on the right side of history.
