Paul Lesure

Paul Lesure is a seasoned business builder and executive leader with a passion for customer success and sustainability. They began their career in leadership at a summer camp and later advanced to manage one of the largest stores at an outdoor retailer, where they implemented educational sales strategies. Paul transitioned to the solar industry, rapidly rising to national sales manager before co-founding Green Mountain Solar, which grew into one of Vermont's top solar companies, winning the Vermont Best of Business award. Currently, Paul serves as the Chief Commercial Officer for both Filabot and Massive Dimension, while actively contributing as the board chair for Renewable Energy Vermont. They hold a BS in Environmental Conservation Policy and Program Management from the University of New Hampshire.
