Rob E. is the founder and principal of Massive Mission Media, where they lead a team that helps live event and experiential agencies elevate audience impact through high-impact media. Since 2018, Rob has focused on creative ideation, writing, directing, and producing advertising, brand films, and corporate communications. With over 15 years of experience, including previous roles at Wilson Dow Group and Under The Radar, Rob has directed and produced numerous large-scale events and media projects. They hold an MBA from Chapman University, where they graduated first in class in Entrepreneurship and Film, and are a licensed drone pilot. Rob also contributes as a juror for the Telly Awards and serves as an American Cancer Society Men Wear Pink Ambassador.
