Prior to that, Candice was the Games Creative Director at NOVOMATIC GROUP from April 2017 to February 2021 and co-founded Max Gaming Limited, where Candice worked as Director, Games Designer, and Producer from March 2005 to March 2017, also serving as Games Creative Director.
