Kurt Struder

Kurt Struder is a Federal Budget Subject Matter Expert at Masslight, where they support a contract with Powertek for the US Department of Defense. Previously, Kurt served as a Senior Manager at Kearney and Company, aiding the CFO of the US Secret Service in developing a Mission Based Budget program. From 2002 to 2008, they were a Principal Program Analyst at James Benvenuto and Associates, where they managed resource decisions for various military divisions. Kurt's extensive experience includes roles in the US Army, where they retired as a Lieutenant Colonel, as well as positions in financial analysis and program management across multiple defense-related companies. They hold a Master's degree in Government from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
