Matt Vautour is an experienced sports journalist with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a sports columnist for MassLive.com since May 2018, Vautour previously worked at the Daily Hampshire Gazette from August 1997 to May 2018 as a reporter and lead columnist focused on UMass. Additional roles include being a college columnist for Boston Sports Review and a reporter/columnist for Eastern Basketball, as well as an early position as a reporter at The Recorder. Vautour is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where studies were completed from 1992 to 1996.
