Amanda Drumm

Amanda Drumm is an experienced business manager with a background in psychology and marketing, having earned a bachelor's degree from Nichols College. Amanda started their career as a Softlines Lead at Sears, later becoming the Lands' End Department Manager, where they successfully enhanced team performance and received multiple sales awards. They further advanced their education by obtaining a master’s degree in school counseling from the University of Hartford, which has contributed to their managerial skills, particularly in team development. Currently, Amanda works as an Advisory Oversight Consultant at MassMutual, bringing extensive experience in merchandising, training, and sales.
