Amy Kunkel

Amy Kunkel is an experienced communications executive who has held senior leadership roles at globally recognized brands such as MassMutual, ESPN, Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Philips Electronics, and General Electric. They have developed expertise in corporate communications, particularly in executive and internal communications, as well as issues management. Currently, Kunkel serves as the Head of Internal Communications at MassMutual, where they lead a team focused on engaging over 6,500 U.S. colleagues regarding the company's strategy. Kunkel's career has included significant roles at various organizations, where they have successfully implemented communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and connection with leadership. They are pursuing both a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies at State University of New York Cortland and a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication at the University at Albany.
