Anis Baig

Anis Baig serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition, Diversity Equity, Inclusion & HR Analytics at MassMutual since June 2018, where the company is recognized for its commitment to helping individuals secure their future. Previously, Anis held the position of Global Head Talent CoE at Amgen from 2017 to 2018, focusing on innovative therapeutic solutions. Prior to Amgen, Anis was the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition & Mobility at Teva Pharmaceuticals from 2013 to 2017, spearheading global talent initiatives and corporate branding. Anis also served as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition for Abbott and AbbVie from 2009 to 2013 and held the role of Vice President of Global Talent at Computer Sciences Corporation from 2005 to 2009. Anis holds a Master's in Positive Organization Development & Change from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, completed in 2010, and has further education from KU Leuven.
